Production Blog: MV

 Hey MS crew!

Today is a new day and I have some changes to inform you about. Before finalizing the plans for the music video, I had came up with an idea that could be used for the ending. After discussing, my idea was not used for the final production. However, after revisiting the subject, the decision was changed. The music video before included flashbacks of the girl moving into her first home from her new home. But now, to add more dramatic effect and all, it will include the car crash. I feel that it plays with the words and title of the song and people can really understand what's happening. The scene will now be the girl driving in her car reminiscing leaving her hometown. Emphasizing that she will now be a 'Gone Girl'.  While she is driving a car will then hits her.  Obviously, it won't be a real car crash. But will our high and low angles plus our editing skills, you won't even be able to tell a difference.

After the car crash , it will cut to a black screen and then pop in with the words 'Gone Girl'. Making the statement more of a reality. I feel that this will really keep the audience engaged and make them want to watch more. I'm so glad me and my group decided to add this is because I know it will be really fun filming this last scene.

As of right now, the production is being started and running very smoothly. My team and I's vision is really coming to life. The song is perfect for what we planned, and I can't wait to continue filming. Especially to see how the car crash will turn out.

It was nice talking to you MS crew!

Bye!
